Users must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.

Nuvari is not intended for use by children under the age required by applicable law to provide valid consent unless use is expressly permitted and appropriately supervised under applicable law.

Nuvari provides digital wellness tools related to nutrition, recovery, journaling, planning, and AI-assisted coaching.

Features may evolve over time, and Nuvari may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features without guaranteeing permanent availability of any specific functionality.

Nuvari is not a doctor, registered dietitian, therapist, hospital, emergency responder, or medical device provider.

Nuvari does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease, and nothing in the service should be interpreted as medical advice.

Users should seek qualified professional care for medical questions, emergencies, or decisions involving diagnosis, treatment, medications, eating disorders, pregnancy, or serious mental health concerns.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account.

Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update that information as needed.

Nuvari may suspend or terminate accounts if information is materially false, security is compromised, or the service is misused.

Users may upload or submit content such as health profile details, food logs, photos, journal entries, metabolic reports, and messages to AI features.

Users retain ownership of their content, but grant Nuvari the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, analyze, transmit, and display that content for operation of the service.

Users represent that they have the rights needed to upload and share their content and that the content does not violate law or the rights of others.

Nuvari may use AI models and automated systems to generate meal plans, analyze food photos, summarize reports, and respond to user prompts.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable for a user's specific circumstances.

Users are responsible for evaluating AI outputs before relying on them, especially for health-related decisions.

Nuvari may allow users to connect third-party services such as payment providers, nutrition databases, or other supporting service providers.

Availability, accuracy, and continuity of third-party integrations depend on those third-party services and may change without notice.

If a user disconnects an integration or a provider revokes access, Nuvari may stop receiving and displaying related data.

Some Nuvari features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing intervals, trial periods, renewal terms, and refund rules should be disclosed at the point of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may automatically renew until canceled.

Users are responsible for any applicable taxes and for keeping their payment information current.

Users may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected parts of the platform, or use Nuvari to violate law or harm others.

Users may not upload malicious code, exploit vulnerabilities, scrape protected content in violation of applicable law or agreement, or use the service to build a competing system through unauthorized means.

Nuvari and its licensors retain all rights in the service, including software, branding, content, design, documentation, and related intellectual property, except for user-owned content.

Except as expressly permitted, users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the service or its materials.

Users may stop using the service at any time. Nuvari may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these terms, creates legal or security risk, or if continued operation of the account is not feasible.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including provisions related to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, payment obligations, and dispute terms.

The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nuvari disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuvari and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuvari's total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount the user paid to Nuvari in the twelve months before the claim arose or one hundred U.S. dollars.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nuvari and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from their use of the service, their content, their violation of these terms, or their violation of law or the rights of others, to the extent permitted by law.

Before launch, Nuvari should add the correct governing law, venue, arbitration, class-action waiver, or consumer-rights language appropriate to the business entity and jurisdiction.

This section should be finalized with legal counsel based on where Nuvari is formed, where it operates, and where users are located.

Nuvari may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If material changes are made, Nuvari may provide notice through the service, by email, or by updating the effective date above.

Continued use of the service after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.
